Water Conservation & Rebates
Mobile Reuse Program
Interested in using recycled water to irrigate your landscape?
The Residential Recycled Water Mobile Reuse Program provides Ventura Water customers with high quality recycled (non-potable) water to use for landscape irrigation. The recycled water is strictly monitored to ensure it meets quality standards for all non-potable uses, which makes it ideal for landscape irrigation, dust control and soil compaction.
To participate in the program and receive recycled water, customers must attend a free training session to obtain a signed permit, and submit a $75 fee to the Treasury Office to complete their permit.
Ventura Water customers can bring their completed permit to the Fill Station located at 1400 Spinnaker Drive to fill their approved and labeled container(s) with recycled water. The minimum container size/volume is five gallons, and the maximum is 300 gallons. The recycled water must be used the same day, and cannot be stored longer than 24 hours.
Learn more about the Mobile Reuse Program, or sign up for a training here.
The Ventura Water Wise Incentive Program has a goal to assist Ventura residents to reduce outdoor water use by providing its residents with rebates. Click below to download the application or go to removeyourturf.com for more information and more opportunities to save.
