revitalize the west
The vitality of a neighborhood is reflected in its built and social environment. The WCDC envisions “the Avenue” mirroring the pride and aspirations of its residents and businesses.
Launched in 2016, this program helps property owners invest in beautifying their business facades. We may provide funds for eligible projects as well as connect owners to artists, assist in navigating the city permitting process, and can help secure discounted materials.
Some projects may be eligible for funding assistance through our grants program.
